a student in my class

http://cristiangarcia49.blogspot.com/            Just another student from my English 101 class; when I interviewed him he was quiet, but I still managed to get a pretty good amount of information about him. First of all and most importantly I found out that his name is Alex Barrera. He has a simple background good family and young parents. Just like many other people he plans to attend and finish college and what motivates him the most are his parents. Moreover, his parent didn’t attend college so he plans on perfecting himself to have a better life. His motivation has great inspiration on him; manages to hold a part time and attend school at the same time. Which such a tough schedule to handle he manages to still spend time with family due to the fact that he considers Oxnard to have a flexible schedule which he likes. Even though he doesn’t consider himself as a role model he does have his parents as his role model. In ten to five years he plans on being graduated from college and have a job that he can be proud of and most importantly his parents can be proud of.   For him the biggest surprised about college are the new people his meeting every day.  

Texting in our lives

                Ever since texting was invented on 1995, it has quickly been growing. Now for this new generation’s texting turn into part of their everyday’s life. It’s a way to maintained each other updated, in contact, and even for business. There are ups and down for texting; it could lead to serious accident. Moreover, about 6,000 people have die by using their phone and about 800,000 people were injured do to the fact that they text and drive at the same time. In additional to that texting also leads to sleep deprivation, people who stay up texting late at night may have serious effect in the future with their sleeping. This is mostly seen on people from 15 to 25.  

                However, the up sides about texting are that it keeps you in contact with your love ones no matter where they are. Moreover, texting has been the number one way to find a girl friend or a boy friend. To explain, when a guys or girls manage to get his or hers number the way to tell them to hang out or talk to them is through texting. Now at these days texting is even used for business to stay updated with everything around you. Finally, it seem like texting is pretty much part of our life now.
